Frappe Friday part 2

“I turned to my left to look at Ari again, hoping that the past few minutes were a mistake-that I was in the middle of a strange daydream. That there as no way I could be this attracted to her right now-no way I could want to tell her to pull over so I could taste her lips. Both sets of them.”- Carter

Hello everyone! Welcome to Frappe Friday part 2.

I intended to only post one review, but I have to tell you about this other book I am absolutely crazy about. The whole best friends turned lovers does something to my heart and other body parts…erm…hmm mmm. Sorry!

Sincerely, Carter-WG

Sincerely Carter is as previously stated, a best friends turned lovers story. This is the very first book I read from new indie author Whitney G. I can absolutely say, this is not the last book I read from her. I am one of her F.L.Y’s (effing love you). I get her ARC’s when I can and there is not a book she has written that I have not read and loved. No, I take that back, I haven’t yet read the Mid Life Love Series (will be doing that soon). It is on my Goodreads want to read list. If anyone has read it, please leave me a comment and let me know what you think.

But anyway, back to Sincerely Carter; the friendship of Carter and Arizona began in the fourth grade, where of course they hated each other. In the midst of their mutual hate, they somehow become bff’s ( to find out how, you have to read the book). Their friendship spans from elementary school to college. They never saw each other as anything but friends, but random comments from others have them giving each other second looks. “He ran his hands through his jet black hair and I suddenly envisioned myself helping him with that, envisioned myself running my hands across his abs and lower-down to his perfectly defined ‘V’ that trailed down to–Oh. My. God…I immediately looked away. But then I looked at him again. I couldn’t help myself. How could I not have noticed this?-Arizona

As they navigate the complicated path of friends to lovers without risking what they already have, all I could do was laugh, cry and cheer them on. I totally ship them (Carizona?…(shrug)…eh). This is a red hot read that will have you on the edge of your seat wondering how things will work out, cuz we know they will work out; this is a hea novel after all. So I whole heartedly recommend this book. After you read this, go back and download Whitney’s free epilogue titled Sincerely, Arizona. These two together are a must read. Then go check out more from Whitney. I will be reviewing more of her books at a later time.

Happy Friday!
